Hi ! My name is Smiley and I’m currently looking for one person to fill a very large living room area *Curtain Included* in Sherman Oaks! Located right by both the 101 and the 405, It’s about a 15 min drive to Hollywood and 20 minutes to Santa Monica.

I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, and very clean person for this living area. It includes a pool, gym, laundry room and an outdoor gas grill for bbqing! There’s plenty of street parking and the apartment is located on a main street.
We also have parking spots available for a small fee.

Here’s a general gist of the rules:
-Loud noise is OK, just be reasonable when you’re near another roommate
-No smoking allowed indoors
-alcohol is OK, no hard drugs
-Overnight Guests are OK but not everyday :)
-Kitchen must be clean at ALL times, no dishes allowed in the sink unless you’re eating a meal you just cooked
-Stovetop must be wiped clean after every use
-Bathroom must be cleaned every so often, No mold or buildup in the sink/toilet/shower
-I will supply a lot of cleaning supplies for you to use, please just keep it CLEAN!!
