Room for rent (single-occupancy) in owner-occupied condo - Sherman Oaks, CA

For rent is one single-occupancy bedroom in our condo. Room comes furnished with a bed, blackout curtains, large mini fridge. (optional desk and nightstand provided upon request, and can also come unfurnished if you have your own stuff). All utilites included (water, power, gas, TV, and Wi-Fi). In-unit washer and dryer are available for your use. Deposit is equal to one month's rent. Lease is for a minimum of 6 months, with option to renew or transition to month-to-month thereafter.
