Looking for a Experienced Gym Owner & Sales Leader Seeking Employment

After recently selling my gym, BreckenFit, which I successfully owned and operated for nearly a decade, I set out to pursue my dream of launching a nonprofit fitness organization full-time. While that mission is still in motion, I’ve run into financial challenges and need to provide for my wife and 3 kids. I am an honest Christian family man.

I’m now looking for immediate employment or a strong business opportunity where I can bring value.

Here’s what I bring to the table:

20+ years of experience in the fitness industry
Successfully built and sold a profitable gym in Southern California
Expert in sales, management, marketing, and gym operations
Skilled in recruiting, training, and motivating teams
Hands-on and handy – I’m not afraid to fix equipment, build out a space, or lead by example
Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and automation tools
Deep understanding of customer retention, community-building, and high-performance coaching
Also open to outside sales or business development roles
I’m looking for either:

A partnership/investor role in a gym or sales-based business
A temporary or freelance contract while I continue building my nonprofit
