Let us know your interests and we can make suggestions -- we know the area. *Top recommendations include Devil's Postpile and Rainbow Falls hike, a gondola ride to the "top", sightseeing up in Rock Creek Canyon and Little Lakes Valley, moonrise at Wild Willy's hot spring, fishing anywhere on the June Lakes Loop, cross country skiing at Rock Creek or Tamarack, and having a meal at Tom's Place.

If hiking or trail running is your thing, a path leads from the cabin and connects with the Hilton/Davis Lakes trail in the John Muir Wilderness.

One bedroom with double bed (sleeps two) and one single-wide futon for living room use. Blankets, pillows, linens, and towels were supplied.

One bathroom with flush toilet, sink, and shower stall. Hot and cold running water.

Partial kitchen: Studio-size cooking range with kitchen sink and 4 cubic foot refrigerator. Dining service for 4 persons and a complete selection of utensils, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, including a toaster oven, microwave, teapot, and coffee maker.

Water/washing: Water is pumped directly from Hilton Creek. Although it is of the highest water quality under no circumstances is untreated surface water suitable for drinking. Please drink only bottled water.

Electric lighting: Electricity for reading lamps, floor lamps, and supplemental heat.

Heating: Thelin Thompson Gnome Stove with ample supply of stacked and easily split Jeffery pine. Supplemental electric heater and electric blanket in the bedroom.

Outdoors: Decks, bridges, patio chairs, table, axe, and propane barbecue grill on the deck surrounded by aspen groves and lilacs.

Miscellaneous: Dish soap, hand soap, sponge/pot scrubber, firewood, local interest books, cable television (w/ remote), board games, playing cards, dish towels, toilet paper, trash bags, matches, salt, pepper, etc. are all supplied.
