Job Requirements:

5+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants.

Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service standards.

Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.

Financial acumen in budgeting, labor management, and P&L oversight.

Passion for hospitality and building strong guest relationships.
