Now Hiring: Leasing Consultants – Inland Empire

We are actively seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to join our team in the Inland Empire region!

Requirements:

Prior leasing experience is required (minimum 6 months preferred)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong sales and closing ability

Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Onesite) is a plus

Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed

Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Requirements:

Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community

Accurately complete lease applications and related paperwork

Maintain strong knowledge of community features, pricing, and availability

Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and general office support

Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay
