Mechanic Needed - Altadena, CA

Job Description:

• Must demonstrate basic safety guidelines at all times
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair a fleet of trucks, forklifts, bobcats, and related equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot problems with vehicles/equipment
• Perform regular maintenance and safety checks
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain accurate service records
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime

Job Requirements:

• Must speak English
• Must have a valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred but not required)
• Must have the ability to pass a drug test
• Must be able to lift, up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to order parts
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and keep records
• Proven experience with diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to handle diagnostics and repairs efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
