Personal Assistant/Work from Home Needed - San Fernando Valley, CA

Job Description:

- Draft and send quotes and invoices using Houz and Quickbook
- Write and respond to emails with clients and vendors
- Maintain task lists, track ongoing assignments, and follow up as needed
- Provide customer service with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
Job Requirements:

- Native English speaker with excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience in the renovation or construction industry
- Proficiency in Houz CRM and Quickbooks(required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Friendly, professional demeanor with customer service experience
Salary: $35 HR
