Remote/Hybrid Plaintiff Litigation Associate Needed - Los Angeles, CA

Job Description:

• Take ownership of written discovery (drafting, responding, reviewing)
• Draft dispositive and discovery motions
• Support class cert briefing and complex litigation strategies
• Participate in client meetings, litigation strategy sessions, and court prep
• Engage with meaningful consumer justice work in finance, credit reporting, fraud, and mass arbitration
Job Requirements:

• Barred in California
• Experience or interest in plaintiff side litigation
• 3–6 years of litigation experience, ideally including federal or state civil procedure
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines
• Discovery-savvy: you know your RFPs from your RFAs and how to make objections stick
• Experience with motion practice and legal research
• Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup
