Job Description:

Lifetime Roofing and Renovation is seeking a self-motivated and experienced sales professional to join our fast-growing team, proudly serving the greater Bay Area with roof replacement and repair services.

As a project Manager and Sales Representative, you will b provide with company generated leads and meet with homeowners and business owners to perform roof inspections and offer free estimate. Training is provided, and the position offers flexile scheduling along with strong in house support to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Job Requirements:

-Must have reliable transportation and a ladder to climb onto roofs for inspections at the assigned location
-Conduct roof assessment and inspections, and present recommended solutions to the decision maker
-Convert appointments into signed roofing contracts and complete all contract paperwork accurately
-Place visible job signage at the front of each project site
-Oversee each project from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeline expectations are met
-Collect all required project documentation, including before and after photos.

Salary:

$150,000 +
